Overview
Valora started as a small automation script during my finance internship at Spotahome and grew into the internal platform the accounting team relies on every day. It replaced a fragmented workflow of spreadsheets, manual bank exports, and email chains with a single source of truth for all finance operations.
At its core, Valora connects to several platforms to sync transactions in near real-time, then layers reconciliation logic on top — matching net vs. gross revenue, flagging variances, and auto-generating the journal entries needed for month-end close. It also handles the full invoicing lifecycle, tenant refunds, debt recovery pipelines, and regulatory reporting (DAC7, multi-jurisdiction VAT, Portugal e-invoicing).
Every financial document — statements, conciliations, penalty notices, signed agreements... all generated dynamically as a PDF with signed stamps - you know, security -, with no manual document creation required.
One of my latest mayor integrations is related to the current AI-trend. I have updated our entire developer documentation to be user and AI-friendly while ensuring smooth integration with artificial intelligence agents, such as ChatGPT or Claude with easy action buttons like "Open with ChatGPT" or "Copy to AI".

Real-time ingestion from Stripe, Revolut and Braintree APIs. Payouts, refunds, and disputes are matched and classified automatically on arrival.

Dynamic PDF generation for statements, invoices, and conciliation reports withe electronic signatures. Supports signed and legally binding document workflows.

Automated aging, dunning, and escalation pipelines driven by Laravel's queue system. Scheduled reminders run across six languages.
DAC7 Compliance
End-to-end reporting cycle — data preparation, validation, and XML submission — for the EU's platform economy tax directive.
ERP Migration
Led the Navision → NetSuite data migration. Integration bridges built with webhooks and REST APIs to keep both systems in sync.
