About

I'm a Finance & Automation Specialist who started as a Finance Intern at Spotahome in early 2023 and grew into building the internal tools the finance team now depends on daily.

My work sits at the intersection of accounting and engineering — I own the month-end close, manage multi-jurisdiction VAT compliance, and also write the Laravel code that automates reconciliations, debt recovery, and DAC7 reporting.

  • Full-cycle accounting: GL maintenance, month-end close, treasury, and corrective journal entries.
  • Complex revenue reconciliation (net vs. gross) — reduced manual time by 85%+ with <1% error rate.
  • Led end-to-end ERP data migration from Navision to NetSuite using webhooks, REST APIs, and queued jobs (PHP/Laravel).
  • Automated debt recovery workflows — aging, dunning, and escalation pipelines.
  • EU multi-jurisdiction VAT compliance, e-invoicing (Portugal), and full DAC7 reporting ownership.
  • Built and maintain Valora — an internal finance platform integrating Stripe and Revolut APIs.
